These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atoot.in website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") and the matrimonial services (the "Services") offered thereon. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited by law from doing so.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account on the Platform ("Account") to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Atoot.in immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Atoot.in shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. 

3. Content

The Platform contains content, including text, graphics, images, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), which is owned by Atoot.in or its licensors. You may not use any Content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Atoot.in.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:

• Create a profile that is false, misleading, or inaccurate.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Engage in any harassing, abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior.
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
• Solicit funds, advertise, or promote any commercial products or services.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Matching Services

Atoot.in uses your profile information and preferences to suggest potential matches for you. However, Atoot.in does not guarantee the compatibility of any suggested matches. You are solely responsible for evaluating any potential matches and deciding whether to communicate with them.

6. Disclaimers

Atoot.in disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Atoot.in does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atoot.in will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Atoot.in may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Atoot.in regarding your use of the Platform.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver by Atoot.in of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

13. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Atoot.in may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. You agree to be bound by the revised Terms by continuing to access or use the Platform after such modifications are posted.
